Adult Cystic Fibrosis

The purpose of the Adult Cystic Fibrosis Waiver Program is to maintain and promote the health and functioning of individuals with a medical diagnosis of Cystic Fibrosis through the provision of supports and services in order to delay, or prevent, hospitalization or institutionalization. The goal of the program is to provide a choice of services that will allow eligible recipients to live safely at home or in the community.

Medicaid reimburses for the following waiver services:

The Adult Cystic Fibrosis Waiver is a fee-for-service program and is not offered by health plans serving Medicaid enrollees.
