Section 408.0611 F.S. provides that the Agency for Health Care Administration is to promote the implementation of electronic prescribing. The State Electronic Prescribing Advsiory Panel advises
the Agency for Health Care Administration on the status of the adoption of electronic prescribing and strategies for accelerating the use of electronic prescribing.
