The purpose of the State Consumer Health Information and Policy Advisory Council (Formerly the Comprehensive Health Information System) Health Plan Consumer Report Workgroup is to advise the Agency on the dissemination of comparative information about the costs, benefits and performance of health plans throughout Florida.
