Purpose: To advise the Agency for Health Care Administration on issues concerning hospital acquired infections. The workgroup is expected to study the technical issues of reporting hospital infection rates, discuss options of reporting, and arrive at a set of recommendations for the consideration of the State Consumer Health Information and Policy Advisory Council.
