Rule Development
This page contains information about data collection rules or rule amendments that are under development but are NOT adopted requirements. A brief description of rules administered by the Florida Center for Health Information and Policy Anlysis can also be found in the Annual Report of the Florida Center available at: www.FloridaHealthFinder.gov.
Draft rules presented to the State Consumer Health Information and Policy Advisory Council or technical work groups, notice of proposed rules published in the FAW, and rule workshop/hearing summaries will be posted on this page as available. Materials will be archived when the rule is adopted.
