State Consumer Health Information and Policy Advisory Council
Overview
The composition of the Advisory Council is represented with a variety of stakeholders as specified in the section 408.05(8) F.S. Each appointee serves a term of four years and members elect a Chair annually. The Council is required to meet quarterly although, in order to meet the requirements of HB1629, meetings have been much more frequent. Minutes of meetings are available to the public upon request.
