Brief Description of Goals of Contract:

  • The Florida Legislature appropriated funds for the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) to secure the services of an outside actuary to determine the cost-effectiveness of Medicaid waivers, to assist in computing Medicaid reimbursement rates for capitated services, and other tasks as referenced in Invitation to Bid (ITB-AHCA 0307) issued by the Bureau of Research in the Division of Medicaid to secure actuarial services for Florida Medicaid.
  • This contract includes and incorporates by reference all provisions contained in Invitation to Bid-AHCA 0307 issued on February 3, 2003, and Milliman USA Inc.'s proposal submitted on February 27, 2003.
