Stephen R. Winn is the Executive Director of the Florida Osteopathic
Medical Association and has been with the Association for over 29 years.
He is a graduate of Florida State University and a member of the Alumni
Association, Presidents Club and he is a founding member of the Florida
State University Club. He is Past President of the Association of Osteopathic
State Executive Directors and currently serves as the liaison to the American
Osteopathic Association Membership Committee. Mr. Winn received the FOMA
Special Achievement Award in 1991 and the FOMA Distinguished Service Award
in 2003.
