Ms. Joe Anne Hart is a graduate of the Florida State University
with a B.A. in English and a minor in Business. She is originally from
Belle Glade, Florida, a small town located in Palm Beach County.
She is currently a Governmental Liaison for the Florida
Association of Counties, where she is the lead lobbyist for the Association's
health and human services issue area. She has lobbied both the state and
federal level on behalf of counties on issues such as: Medicaid, long-term
care, child welfare and health care. Ms. Hart also serves as the staff
liaison to the Health and Human Services Policy Committee. She has worked
for the Association for 8 years.
She is married to Mr. Ameer Hart and they have a 22 month
old son, Campbell Hart.
