Florida Senior Care:
A Managed Integrated Care Program

Welcome to the Agency for Health Care Administration’s Florida Senior Care website. Under this managed, integrated care program, Florida Medicaid seniors, age 60 and over and persons 21 and older dually eligible for Medicaid and Medicare, will be able to receive coordinated services through one entity instead of through the current fragmented system. All Medicaid services will be available to enrollees in the pilot areas, including long term care services.

The Florida Senior Care program will be piloted in two areas of the State: the Central Florida area (Orange, Seminole, Osceola, and Brevard counties) and the Miami area (Dade and Monroe counties). We encourage you to visit the Florida Senior Care website frequently for information on upcoming meetings, answers to frequently asked questions, and other relevant information.
