X12 835/277U Report Generator

Florida Medicaid providers presently have a choice of receiving remittance advice in a paper format, as an electronic remittance voucher (ERV - an image of the printed report), or as X12 electronic transactions. The ERVs will be available during the contingency period, but will be discontinued at the end of this transition period. The 835/277 Report Writer is designed for those providers who wish to receive electronic transactions, but don't yet have the capability of automating the processing of these transactions.

X12 Analyzer

The X12 Analyzer is a diagnostic tool that allows the display of X12 data in a user-friendly format. The X12 Analyzer produces a print ready spreadsheet of information extracted from 271, 277, 820, 835 and 997 X12 transactions. Error/information codes are shown in the X12 format along with their text descriptions.

834 Analyzer

The 834 Analyzer is a program that allows the display of parsed 834 data in a printable spreadsheet format. The 834 Analyzer was designed specifically for use with 834 X12 transactions created by Florida Medicaid's fiscal agent.

Project Management Office (PMO) Application

This file contains an unloaded copy of the Access database application that was used by the Agency for Health Care Administration in managing its HIPAA remediation project. The Project Management Office Application can be adapted to fit any similar project.
