Florida 2-1-1 Network Provider Certification
Rule: 59G-11.001, .002, .003, and .004
The purpose of this rule is to establish certification criteria for
entities to become certified by the Agency as Florida 211 Network Providers
as directed in Subsection (2) of Section 408.918, Florida Statutes.
Through certification, the Agency seeks to ensure that quality consistent information
and services are provided to those seeking Health and Human Services across
the state.
The Agency will begin accepting applications for Florida 211 Network Provider
Certification on June 2, 2003.
