Hospice Recipient Log Reporting

The Room and Board rate for Florida Hospice’s receiving Medicaid reimbursement is calculated from recipients nursing home stays during the reporting period July 1 – June 30 of each year. A Microsoft Excel spreadsheet is provided to capture this data electronically. Also, a listing of valid nursing home provider numbers is supplied to ensure accuracy.
