SEXTANT - Electronic Cost Reporting for Nursing Homes

Cost reports filed by nursing home providers with the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) for periods ending on or after December 31, 2003, are required to be filed electronically in a format and manner prescribed by the Agency. AHCA has developed an Excel application, "SEXTANT", for providers to create and submit their electronic cost report. The following files relate to this process:
