Central Systems Management Unit
- Centralized intake and processing of mail, licensure applications, fees, and document scanning for six HQA licensure units.
- Provides background screening services for health care facilities currently licensed by the Agency.
- Provides support, data quality assurance, training and report development relative to the Versa Regulation and LaserFiche systems.
- Portal for On-Line Reporting for Nursing Homes and Assisted Living Facilities to submit, via the Internet, mandated reports for adverse incidents, liability claims, and staffing.
- Provides support for the Emergency Status System which is a web-based system for reporting and tracking health care facility status before, during and after an emergency.
- Manages nursing home staffing reports and liability claim reports received by the Agency from nursing homes and assisted living facilities.
