Manages nursing home staffing reports as well as adverse incident reports and liability claim reports received by the agency from nursing homes and assisted living facilities including data entry, data quality assurance, investigation requests, coordination with Medical Quality Assurance, and report generation.

Provides support, data quality assurance, training, and report development relative to the LicenseEase System (LE).



On-Line Reporting

New User Application

Nursing homes and ALFs are mandated to submit reports to AHCA regarding adverse incidents and liability claims. Nursing homes are also required to report staffing information and their number of available beds. Beginning October 1, 2002, AHCA offered an on-line reporting option that enables these facilities to submit reports over the Internet.

Licensure Data Reports

Background Screening Instructions - Provides screening services for health care providers currently licensed by the Agency. The results of the background screening can be found at the Background Screening Results Website.

Emergency Status System - Web-based system for reporting and tracking health care facility status before, during and after an emergency.
