The Assisted
Living Unit of the Division of Health Quality Assurance is responsible
for the licensing and regulation of Assisted Living Facility (ALF), Adult
Family Care Home (AFCH), and Adult Day Care Center (ADCC) programs throughout
the State of Florida. These programs assist the elderly or adults with
disabilities to live as independently as possible while also receiving
support and care.
