ANNUAL REPORT DATA

Section 395.0197(8), Florida Statutes requires the Agency to annually publish a report on the Agency's web site summarizing the information contained in the annual incident reports as well as malpractice claims information reported to the Agency. The information on this Web Page and related links are also published in a printed format. Copies of the printed Annual Reports are available to the public on request from the Hospital and Outpatient Services Unit.

A listing of the various individual reports available cataloged by the year of latest data in the report is available on the statistics page of the Risk Management Web Site.
