You may search for issued certificates of exemption and licenses issued by the Health Care Clinic Unit by accessing FACILITY LOCATOR at FLORIDAHEALTHFINDER.GOV.

From the main page at FACILITY LOCATOR Page:

1) Select Search by Facility Type/Location.

2) Under Facility Type, use the drop-down menu to select:

HCC Exemptions - for Certificates of Exemption.

Health Care Clinics - for Health Care Clinic licenses.
