Provider Emergency Actions
Please Take Notice: The posting here reports the imposition
of an Immediate Order on this website in order to timely disseminate information
by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) related to its mission,
policies and programs. Prior to its imposition, this Immediate Order was not
required to be judicially reviewed. The state licensed facility/provider concerned
within this Immediate Order is advised that it shall be provided notice for
prompt additional administrative action based upon the facts used as the basis
of the Immediate Order. That which appears within an Immediate Order is subject
to an appellate review when timely petitioned. The concerned license holder/licensee
may differ with AHCA over the facts and law presented. The terms of the Immediate
Order require AHCA to monitor on a regular basis the conditions at the facility/provider
for which the Immediate Order was imposed and to notify the facility when the
Immediate Order is lifted. The information reported in this website posting
will be removed, as soon as practicable, from this website without further notice
upon the lifting of the Immediate Order. Similarly, other official changes related
to the status of the Immediate Order made by competent authority prior to its
lifting will be posted. Information in this posting should be interpreted carefully
and used in conjunction with other sources and means. AHCA strives to update
and assure the accuracy of the information posted.
