About the Hearing
The hearing is scheduled for a time that is convenient as possible for all parties.
Each Party is allowed 15 minutes to present its side of the case.
The subscriber and the Managed Care Entity are allowed a final five minutes of rebuttal at the end of the case presentation.
After the presentations of the parties, the panel discusses the case and cast
their votes.
As a general rule, the hearings will not be open to the public due to the sensitive medical information discussed.
